<br>Here are the reasons why I will never work 9–5 for a bank earning a salary. In this {84} I will talk about the pros and cons to working at the bank.
Some advisors get comfortable in these branches and never found out what other options there are outside their current field until many years has already passed. I will list out the pros and cons and let you weigh the options for yourself.
I am not saying the bank is bad. If their structure suits you, then congratulations to you. However, if you are someone who wants to accomplish more then this is not the way to go.
Most banks should have a {57} management division as well. If you like the corporate structure, I would recommend you to move into that position instead of working at a normal retail bank branch.
