He began working with mortgage refinances in 2005. In October of 2019, He resigned from his corporate position at Quicken Loans to pursue real estate full-time. He had done seven agreements in the months leading up to the epidemic in March, all of which came from networking with other people.

Devin and his wife’s banking policies are put in place to fund their real estate business. He’s also set his daughter up for her future as well with her own policy. When his daughter reaches 18 years old, she’ll have about $50,000 AND the powerful knowledge to manage it.

He learned about Infinite banking on a podcast while everyone was on lockdown due to the pandemic. He plunged down the rabbit hole, fascinated by the potential of leveraging insurance coverage to support his real estate transactions. In December of 2020, he began sharing his knowledge of policies and unlimited banking on tiktok. He immediately gained a following and now aims to educate as many people as possible about the benefits of establishing your own bank!
